Agni has conducted an extensive system analysis at the Head
Office of Greenpeace India. The objectives of the study were
to:
- To understand the business process of Greenpeace India
with respect to fund raising activities and donation management,
including financial and non-financial support
- To understand the functionalities in the existing system
used by Greenpeace India
- To know the new requirements of Greenpeace India
- To understand the drawbacks of existing system in Greenpeace
India
- To give a possible solution with respect to our understanding
of requirements and for drawbacks in the existing system.
Agni interviewed the stakeholders of the organisation, scrutinized
the existing system, drafted the gap analysis and prepared
an exhaustive software requirement specification document.
Based on the system analysis Agni has submitted a proposal
with the possible solution design that Greenpeace India can
adopt. |
