Agni’s Donation Management System is based on the domain
expertise it controls. The DMS system provided manages both
financial as well as non-financial donations received at Oxfam.
Donations received at Oxfam, can be from individuals, organisations
or individuals as part/on behalf of the organisation. Since
Oxfam is an international body, the DMS encompasses donations
in Indian or any other foreign currency.
The solution captures donor details like profiles, receipting,
generation of history/trends/retention analysis, etc. The
solution also assimilates the donor-campaign administration
and donor assistance.
