Yoshama ERP integrates departments like presale, purchase, inventory, production, sales and excise. The presale module includes enquiry handling, feasibility study, costing for particular springs and quotation generation. The purchase module manages enquiry for requesting supplier’s quotation, indent to capture employee request & its follow up by the management and order generation with schedules. Batch wise GRN for tracking various types of wires (Spring Steel, Stainless Steel etc), batch issues & receipts in the shop floor, bundle wise stock analysis, tracking of test certificates etc are some of the features of the inventory module. Production planning includes planning of machines, raw materials and manpower. It also has an option of generation of Automatic work orders on a daily basis. Job work handling, machine/worker wise production, WIP stock valuation, cost of production with QC Approvals are also tracked in the production module. The sales module includes sales order acceptance & confirmation, delivery challan & excise sales invoice.
